Skyline Fountain Square

Skyline Chili Fountain Square transformed approximately 9,000 SF of the former March First Brewing space into Skyline’s largest flagship restaurant and a major downtown Cincinnati destination. The project includes a 200-seat dining area, dedicated beer and wine bar, private event space, Chili Shop retail area, interactive brand experiences, and a dedicated carryout operation, while reusing portions of the existing kitchen, plumbing, restroom, and beverage infrastructure. Completed in approximately 90 days, the project combined adaptive reuse, experiential design, and complex downtown construction coordination to create a modern flagship that celebrates both Skyline Chili and Cincinnati.
