Michael Willis

Mike is a Construction Management professional with over 24 years’ experience in the industry; 17 of them being with CORE. Mike Willis possesses expertise in a variety of roles within the construction industry. With CORE he has served the company as a field manager, general field manager, senior project manager, Director of Construction and is currently serving as President. These experiences have allowed him to possess high expertise in pre-construction and construction phases of project management including estimating, design coordination, budgeting, contract execution, scheduling, and change order coordination along with his vast knowledge of construction means and methods obtained while functioning as a field manager for over 10 years in the industry.

Michael Doenges, P.E.

Mike D. brings an engineering mindset, operational excellence, and financial acumen to CORE. Having served a variety of roles in the construction industry from carpenter, to field engineer, to finance manager, Mike has a breadth of knowledge to help lead the company’s pre-construction, development, and corporate strategies. An innovator and problem solver by nature, Mike uses his experiences in construction, design and fabrication, real estate, and hospitality to bring a diverse perspective to CORE.

Kevin Kappes

Kevin graduated and earned his Accounting Degree from Northern Kentucky University in 1994. He now serves as the Controller for CORE Resources, overseeing all Financial and Human Resource aspects of the company. Kevin has 20 years of experience in the industry, 19 of which are with CORE. Kevin possesses expertise in a variety of roles within construction/ job cost, property management, real estate and development accounting. Since starting in 1995, he has served as the Property Management Accountant, Construction Accountant and for the past 16 years, Controller.

SENIOR FIELD MANAGER

Jason McCoy

Jason is responsible for overseeing all field procedures and operations. He holds over 18 years of management experience in construction. Jason possesses a high level of detail in his management style and project execution. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, Jason joined CORE as a Field Laborer. After several promotions, he has fully grasped the process of what it takes to run and complete a project to the highest standards. His daily responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, schedule adherence, budget adherence, safety coordinator and quality control. Jason also handles all of the field hiring and training, ensuring that all CORE standards are met on the construction projects.

Jim Cicchetti

Jim is a licensed Architect with 30 years of demonstrated history in the construction and design industries. His experience is diverse; skilled in Project Management, Pre-Construction, Estimating, Budgeting and Design. Jim holds a Master of Architecture, Master of City & Regional Planning, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from The Ohio State University. Away from CORE, Jim is very involved in his community, holding positions on the Urban Design Review Board, and the Ludlow Historic Society.
