Paul G. Kitzmiller

Paul Kitzmiller is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CORE Resources, Inc. He is the strategic visionary of the firm and also oversees day-to-day operations of the construction management component of the business. His primary responsibility is clearly understanding the client’s objectives then articulating those goals to the project team and working with them to successfully execute the project. He is a hands-on manager and the client’s ultimate success is his personal passion.

Paul studied Finance and Real Estate at the University of Cincinnati and soon thereafter began his 30 year career in this industry. His 30 years experience in real estate managing development and construction projects for retailers, restaurateurs, corporations and many others has given him a very unique perspective on the industry.

CORE’S success is directly attributable to Paul’s distinctive approach to the business; he recruits and assembles talented teams of individuals to assist clients in every aspect of their project. Each is aligned to Paul’s values of authenticity, passion, dependability and creativity. Establishing CORE as a key ally in the early-stage decision-making process has led to successful partnerships with clients in nearly every sector in the industry.

Paul sits on a number of Boards of Directors including Impact Autism and Family Services Foundation. Paul is currently the Chairman of the Anderson Township Economic Development Committee.
