David A. Kitzmiller

Serving the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Dave Kitzmiller is the analytical partner overseeing finance, transactional operations and real estate brokerage.

Joining CORE in 1991, he shares his brother’s vision to provide comprehensive services to real estate and business professionals. As a specialist in lease negotiations and pro-forma development as well as extensive experience as a licensed broker (OH & KY licensure), Dave immediately enhanced the Commercial Development division at CORE and helped mold what it is today.

He graduated from Xavier University with a B.S. in Accounting – skills on which he relies to this day as an element of his comprehensive services to clients. Post graduation, he spent time with Commercial Industrial Associates, Carnegie Properties Inc, and The Everest Group in various roles from Controller to Property and Fee Management.

Dave is highly engaged in the community serving Cinncinati’s youth as a mentor for the Boy Scouts of America. He also is involved with the Rotary Club and sponsors several youth sports organizations.
