Case Study:

The Washington Park project involves the renovation and expansion of this historic park as well as the addition of a 450-space underground parking garage. The park is located in a culturally-significant area of Cincinnati; surrounded by Music Hall, Memorial Hall and the new K-12 $72 million School for the Creative and Performing Arts.

CORE Resources was invited to step into the project on behalf of the owners, Washington Park Restoration, LLC, to provide a wide range of construction management services throughout the design, construction, close-out and commissioning of the project.

CORE has worked closely with the design team to monitor the effects of the decisions on the construction budgets and to bid out the project to general contractors.  Following an intensive interview process lead by CORE, a joint venture between Turner Construction Company and Megan Construction was selected as the general contractor.  CORE will work closely with the owner to monitor the work to be completed and ensure a successful completion.
