Case Study:

Beechmont Ford initially approached CORE Resources to manage the renovation of their existing showroom and service bays. The plan included construction of a new facility on a portion of the property while maintaining operations with a renovation of the existing building.

Following a review of the zoning and preliminary cost, CORE recommended that the scope of the project could change to be more effective and design started on a new showroom to take the place of the existing one while renovations of the existing service bays moved forward.

CORE Resources helped with the acquisition of additional property around the existing facility, consolidated the property for the auditor, rezoned all the existing and acquired property into a Planned Unit Development. As work began, temporary trailers were set up on the site to accommodate the sales, financing and accounting staff.

Coordination played a key part in this multi-faceted management and construction project. Weekly meetings were held to arrange for the movement of vehicles on the lot and provide space in the building to work while keeping the dealership open. When the existing showroom was removed, temporary office trailers were set up on site for sales, financing and accounting staff.

Since the completion of the dealership renovation, Jomachloe LTD has remained a loyal client. CORE has continued to provide owner representation services to oversee the rezoning of other properties, acquisition of new property, and the addition of new buildings such as the new on-premises body shop. Today the relationship continues to grow with other projects planned.
