Case Study:

Anderson Center is a 55,000 SF building where CORE acted as the owner’s representative managing the effort of several contractors including Quantum Construction, Triton Mechanical, Quality Fire Protection, Queen City Mechanical and Seco Electric.

Anderson Township engaged CORE Resources, Inc. to help them through the design and construction of their new government center.  CORE was an integral team member during design, bidding, contract award and construction.  We monitored the design and construction drawings providing value engineering analysis and review of drawings.  During construction we worked with the construction team to monitor submittal, pay applications, change orders and schedules.  We assisted in the interpretation of the construction documents by working with the design team and reviewed work on site for quality and compliance to the construction documents.
