Case Study:

David Zerbe approached Paul Kitzmiller of CORE Resources for help in renovating his existing law offices. Working on behalf of the law offices, CORE selected the architect, oversaw the design, coordinated the design/build of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades, obtained the permit, bid he work and completed the three month renovation of this two story historic building in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

During construction the firm relocated from the building under renovation to temporary facilities elsewhere in the city. The exterior of the building was tuck pointed, all exterior windows replaced and a new emergency egress stair installed from the second floor. The first floor was renovated for the firm with new offices and work spaces. A substantial high end wood millwork and trim package gives the image of strength and credibility. Quality is seen throughout.
