Case Study:

CORE Resources was selected by Kemper Shoppes, LLC through a competitive bid process to develop the 3 acre site for this retail center. The project also called for building a 12,000 SF structure including the building pad and a pad for an out lot restaurant. Following the award of the contract, CORE Resources worked with the design team to value engineer the building structure. Modifications were made to the building canopy system and façade treatments to bring the cost down to the budget required by the Owner.

The challenging site development element was met with creative solutions by the CORE team which included underground detention piping under most of the new parking area. Exceptional communication was a requirement for the success of the project as open access to the office complex and restaurant behind the site was necessary to remain open while multiple entries from the main thoroughfare were reworked.
