CORE Realty, Inc purchased an existing building at 1715 East McMillan Avenue in East Walnut Hills, Ohio with the intention of renovating it to take full advantage of the spectacular views of the Ohio River, Northern Kentucky, and Downtown Cincinnati.

As the project progressed through the preliminary design, CORE realized a greater potential in the development. The decision was made to demolish the old building and insert a new, contextual three-story condominium building in the neighborhood. The result was 3 elegant condominiums with storage rooms, 2 car garages, private elevators entries off common entry and luxurious accommodations. The main living spaces and master bedrooms were situated to achieve panoramic river and city views.
