Case Study:

Ten years after launching AcuPoll, Jack Gordon approached CORE Resources to build a new regional headquarters facility for his company. He felt that a well-constructed building with all of the contemporary mechanical and technological acoutrements required of a modern research firm would be a perfect place to fully train his skilled personnel.

Working with KBA Architects, the CORE team helped design a two-story office building under the design/build delivery system that would provide for not only the current needs of the client, but also include provisions for expanding the facility as might be required in the future.

Design began in 2001. AcuPoll had specific needs for the mechanical systems of the building. By working with their information technologies and facilities department, the design/build trades were able to meet and surpass AcuPoll’s requirements.

KBA provided a number of design concepts and CORE provided preliminary estimates for the client to review.The final design was selected and work was begun and finished in 2002.
