Stuart Smith DVM held property to which he wished to renovate and move his new veterinary practice. He selected the noted architectual firm, KBA after working with them on a previous project. They suggested he retain CORE Resources to coordinate pre-construction activities such as environmental reports, geotechnical reports, surveys, civil engineering and coordination of the architect with Design/Build mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors. After meeting CORE'S team, Dr. Smith felt very comfortable placing the project in our hands.

CORE successfully completed the pre-construction activities and obtained zoning approval with variances for the new facility. The interior of the old bank building was demolished and the vault removed to accommodate the new reception and exam room. An addition was constructed for the surgery and procedure areas and kennels built for overnight surgical stays.
