CORE Resources was selected by Beacon to perform this 38,000 square foot renovation based on a combination of cost, team chemistry, and CORE’S ability to meet a tight deadline under challenging circumstances. The 3-phase renovation project followed the traditional Design/Bid/Build model of construction and required a commitment to completion in only 5 months, all while keeping the existing facility open and functional as normal.

The space was formerly occupied by Champions Baseball Academy and in Phase 1 was transformed into new quarters for the physical therapy department and the home of the new sports/speed/performance training facility. Phase 2 included the full renovation of the existing offices to better service Beacon’s patients. Phase 3 included buildouts of a new conference room and on-premises lab to allow the client to also train other medical professionals.
